Created to safeguard and promote the archaeological site of Iliz Koz, the association brings together archaeologists, historians, volunteers, and heritage enthusiasts. Our work focuses on three main areas.
Preservation
Protecting the remains against coastal erosion and degradation, in collaboration with the relevant authorities and professional archaeologists.
Research
Contributing to the advancement of knowledge about the site through the organisation of excavation campaigns and the publication of scientific results.
Outreach
Raising public awareness of the richness of local archaeological heritage through guided tours, lectures, and exhibitions.
